Negotify.ai

A negotiation preparation platform implementing Dr. Niro Sivanathan's MESO methodology from London Business School. This tool helps structure multi-issue negotiations through systematic scoring, validation, package generation, and analysis.

The MESO Methodology

The platform implements a four-phase approach for preparing complex negotiations involving multiple issues and trade-offs.

Phase 1: Build
Scoring System Creation

Define negotiation issues, assign relative weights, and allocate points to different options within each issue to create a comprehensive scoring matrix.

Phase 2: Validate
Indifference Testing

Test the accuracy of your scoring system by comparing equivalent-value packages side-by-side. The system identifies inconsistencies in preferences and suggests refinements.

Phase 3: Generate
Multiple Equivalent Packages

Automatically generate three packages with equal value but different combinations of options across issues for presentation to your counterpart.

Phase 4: Analyze
Backward Induction

Based on your counterpart's package selection, infer their priorities and preferences to identify opportunities for mutually beneficial agreements.
